Seating

This venue uses tiered seating, giving a good view of the performance area.  We do reserve the first three rows (A, B and C) for those who are less able, and have room at the front of the performance area for wheelchairs.  Please advise the box office of any requirements when booking your tickets.

Car Parking

Free car parking is available in the car park at the front of the school (turn off Mooracre Lane at the main entrance).  Once you have parked your car the theatre is accessible by walking around the school building towards the rear of the school, then walking across the courtyard.

The courtyard in front of the theatre entrance, accessible via the service road behind the school, can be used as a drop-off / pick-up point for guests who are less mobile, however according to health & safety regulations this area cannot be used for public car parking.

Public Transport

Stagecoach in Chesterfield runs regular bus services from Chesterfield, Duckmanton, Carr Vale, the Castle Estate, Langwith and Shirebrook (services 82 and 83), Stagecoach in Mansfield runs service 53 connecting Bolsover to Eckington, Clowne, Shuttlewood, Palterton and Glapwell.

There are also a number of local taxi companies available.
